Booking Rules and Conditions

  • Bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
  • The pool is operational from May 6th to September 22th.
  • No parties, gatherings, or events exceeding the legal capacity of the house (14 people) are allowed, except for babies and children under 2 years old who sleep in the free crib (please request in advance).
  • The company reserves the right of admission.
  • Upon arrival, clients must provide a deposit of €200, which will be returned on the last day of the stay once the absence of damages has been confirmed.
  • The entire house is rented, equipped with everything necessary for comfort and habitability.
  • Pets are allowed as long as they do not sleep on beds or sofas. Pets cannot bathe in the pool.
  • The minimum stay is 2 nights. 3 nights during different holidays. In July and August, Christmas, and Easter, it will be 4 days. Please inquire.
  • Reservations from guests under 25 years old are not accepted.
  • Check-in time is from 5:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Different hours may be allowed upon consultation with the property. Please aim to arrive before 7:00 PM.
  • The reservation is confirmed by paying a 50% deposit of the total via Bizum. The remaining amount is paid one week before arrival at the rural house, or in exceptional cases upon arrival.
  • On the day the reservation begins, it is essential to present the IDs of the guests to legally include them in the traveler's registry.
  • The total payment for the reservation must be fully disbursed on the first day of the reservation.
  • A deposit will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • No more people than agreed upon (14 people) may access the villa, either during the day or at night, without the owner's authorization.
  • Maintenance and garden personnel come to the villa every morning to ensure the proper functioning of the facilities and the care of the garden and pool.
  • There is private parking inside the premises, and it is strictly prohibited to drive vehicles through the garden.
  • Booking or hiring the house implies full acceptance of these conditions.
  • The reservation is confirmed by a down payment of 30% of the total, through bizum. The rest of the amount is paid one week before arrival at the house, or in exceptional cases upon arrival.
  • Once the reservation has started, the stay can be extended if possible and with prior consultation.
